McGrath Custom Homes was founded in 1997 by Patrick McGrath with over fifteen years of homebuilding experience. As owner and builder, Patrick personally oversees every phase of the construction process from conception to closing. His construction experience began in the mid 80’s and he holds a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M. As a preferred builder in the beautiful Texas Hill Country development of Cordillera Ranch, Patrick’s priorities include quality, communication and integrity. He is passionate and focused on building a great home.

Charles Wilkes partners with Patrick McGrath on the design of our custom homes. He also ensures that every detail is implemented and that the design to construction transition is seamless.
